  • Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product due to stock issues or discontinuation, we will notify you via email and offer an alternative or a refund.
4. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website by following the on-screen instructions:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • Acceptance of Order: Your order will be considered accepted once it is dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. We reserve the right to reject any order, including but not limited to cases where pricing errors or stock shortages occur.

  • Return Conditions: Other products can be exchanged or returned, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. However, embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the fault lies with Cap and Gown Embroidery Specialists. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  •  Sizing Errors:
    1. Customer Responsibility for Size Selection:
      • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the size chart and choose the appropriate size when placing an order. If you have any doubts, please contact our support team for assistance before completing your purchase.
    2. Incorrect Size Orders & Exchanges:
      • If the incorrect size is selected by the customer and the item has already been dispatched, we are happy to assist with an exchange. However:
        • Return Shipping: The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
        • Re-shipping Charges: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping fees for sending the correct size.
          Note: Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the issue is a fault caused by Cap and Gown Embroidery Specialists.
    3. Item Condition for Exchanges:
      • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
      • Any items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
        Note: Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the issue is a fault caused by Cap and Gown Embroidery Specialists.
    4. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
      • Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
    5. Processing Time:
      • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. We will notify you via email once your exchange is shipped.
  • Refunds: We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Cancellations and Changes
  • Order Changes: If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any point before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the return procedure outlined above.
9. Warranty & Faulty Goods
